Here is a brief explanation of the step by step process of Provident Planner. If you have questions or suggestions we are always open to new ideas!
1. Email, Website Info, or Facebook Posts let everyone know of the upcoming order.
2. Through the website, you can view our current order offerings and pricing.
3. Click on the link to the Order Form page, where you will be guided through placing your order. This will include things like the location of pick-up, your name, email, and phone number.
4. Submit your order, keep track of your total $
5. A confirmation screen will appear with a reminder of your pick up and payment information, and how to care for your produce.
6. You will receive a copy of your order form at the email you entered. If you do not receive a copy of your order through email please verify that we have your correct email, as this is our main form of communication.
7. Make your payment, Zelle (702-219-6700) is our preferred method of payment, We also can do Venmo but it must be through family and friends, Venmo Id – @elizabeth-kay-30
8. We do take PayPal and Cash. Contact Elizabeth @ 702.219.6700 or through providentplanner@gmail.com for these payment methods.
9. Confirm both your order form is complete and payment is made to ensure we reserve your order, without both, we cannot guarantee you will get what you wanted!
10. On the Date of Pick-up show up at the time and at the location you selected when you placed your order. If you do not come at the time we cannot guarantee the quality or that you will receive your order. If you have an issue with the time or date and cannot find someone to pick up for you, please contact Elizabeth and see if other arrangements can be made or if we need to cancel your order.
11. The Most Important Step in this process is to enjoy your delicious Fruit and Produce!!!
